Towns Summit serves across the KC east side and the KS suburbs
We are based at 305 NE Independence Ave in Lee’s Summit, and from that yard the trucks fan out across Jackson County and the Johnson County KS suburbs most working days. I-470 sweeps us along the southern KC loop, I-435 takes us around the beltway, US-50 carries the eastern runs out toward Warrensburg, and MO-291 is the spine for the north-south jobs up to Liberty. Because crews start the day at our Independence Avenue yard, the closer towns get tight morning arrival windows, and we route around the predictable 5:30 jams on the loop so an unloading does not creep into the evening.
Each of these communities has its own quirks — frozen sloped driveways in January, HOA windows on the Raintree side, freight elevators downtown — and we plan around them ahead of time rather than discovering them on move day. Here is where Summit regularly loads and unloads:
