Privacy Policy
Summit Transportation respects the privacy of the people who reach out to us about a move. This policy explains what summit-moving.com collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone who fills out a quote form on the site, emails the Independence Avenue office, calls (888) 711-4778, or books a move with us.
What we collect
When you request a quote, fill out a form, or send an email, we ask for the information we actually need to plan and price your move: your name, phone number, email address, the origin and destination addresses, the rough size of the home, the move date you have in mind, and a brief description of any specialty items like pianos or gun safes. If you book with us, we also keep the records tied to the job — your written estimate, your $150 deposit receipt, your final invoice, and any notes our crew chief made on move day. We do not ask for sensitive personal information we have no business handling, such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, or bank credentials.
How we use it
Your information is used to give you an estimate, schedule and carry out the move, stay in touch about the details, and keep the business records that a licensed Missouri mover is required to keep. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your specific move, a quote you asked for, or a follow-up after move day. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside parties; we are a Missouri moving company, not a lead broker, and your details are not packaged up and resold to anyone.
How we protect and share it
Access to your information is limited to the Summit office staff and crew leads who need it to handle your move. We keep it only as long as we reasonably need it for the job, customer service, and the recordkeeping our MoDOT permit and federal operating authority require. From time to time we rely on trusted service providers — for example, a card processor for your deposit, a calendar tool, or the platform that runs this website — and those providers handle your data only to perform that service for us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics, and your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, and we will do our best to honor reasonable requests. With questions about this policy, call (888) 711-4778 or email [email protected].
