We have used this company to help us twice. First was when they were a month new company two years ago and most recently was just yesterday.The guys who helped us-Delante and Derian were quite efficient and careful in moving our items. We were impressed that even with awkward big items such as Treadmill, they smartly and carefully moved it from the third floor apartment to another upper level in the house without a single dent anywhere. The unloading was so fast but proper. I definitely recommend this company if you want to ensure your items are safely and efficiently moved. Thank you guys.

My cousin was in a bind when movers she had previously hired dropped out day-of (no-call, no-showed to be exact), and so I called Summit Moving. I spoke to a live human being for all of 10 minutes to get the specs of our situation. After calling his workers, he called me within 30 minutes of my first call and told us they could help - and quickly too! I called at 10:30, was able to secure two movers - Darion and Jesse - by noon. SUCH AN AMAZING TWOSOME! They knew our time constraints with the U-Haul and understood our budget. Would definitely hire again, they were great!

We contacted several moving companies and Summit Moving had the best price option. Nick, the owner, and his helper/employee were personable, professional, thorough and efficient. They bring a truck, and use plastic wrap, blankets, etc. They had an awesome floor roll to protect carpeting! We have never used professional movers before, and Summit Moving made it a pleasant experience that saved us a lot of time and stress.

We were moving our 2B2B apartment within hillsboro OR. Nick has confirmed the timing on moving day and the 2 young guys were on time!!! they were very cheerful and started the work right away. They have made the move very easy and less painful. They have also used sticky wraps/clothes to all the furniture. They have unloaded all the items and assembled bedframes and cribs. No hidden fees and they worked for 4 hours without any issues. Definitely recommended.

Note for all tenants: Please make sure you are not going with any craiglist guys who never talk to you on the phone and only texts you. My 2015 year move was horrible in which craiglist guy hasn't shown up. Please use professional movers like SUMMIT movers.

We were moving our parents from one assisted living facility to another in one day. It was a very big job and lots of stairs to go down and up. The movers were there on time, worked hard and were very caring to the residents at the facilities. I was extremely impressed with the two young men that helped. Their kindness warmed my heart. Easiest move I've ever had, thanks to Summit Moving. Went to their website, filled out the items I own that I want moved and the next day received a call from Nick with a quote. Cheaper than I expected, so I schedule the move. Move day arrived and two guys and a Uhaul arrived right on time. Extremely efficient, wrapped everything in blankets and plastic. They were able to get everything from my 1 bedroom apartment within an hour. When we got to my new place, they delivered all the items in the rooms I requested. Never dropped anything, never took breaks, just professional and quick. Will use Summit Moving next time I need moving assistance. 10/10.

I reached out to several moving services directly through yelp, and while I received many responses, Nick's was the most professional and timely so I booked his company's services. The guy's showed up on time, brought a truck, multiple hand trucks, and everything else they needed. They had everything wrapped and secured quickly, got it loaded and headed to the new address where they unloaded everything. They handled our oddly shaped furniture and awkward building professionally. Would definitely reach out to them again next time we need movers!

Summit Moving did an excellent job moving me into my brand new home. Upon looking for movers, I was shocked that no one was interested in giving my home a walk through along with their estimate. I have a number of art objects and more delicate furniture and it appears to me that not everyone's square footage is exactly alike. Nick of Summit, however, was nice enough to come over to my home when I asked if that was a possibility, he answered any questions I had and gave me an excellent hourly price - beating out all the competition. Along the way, I checked in with him several times, knowing that the timeline can change when buying and selling a home, and each time Nick was always responsive. When move day finally came, everyone in the crew was friendly and professional. I felt like all of my art was expertly handled, my furniture was cared for and nothing was lost or damaged. The estimated time was accurate and I paid exactly what I had expected. All in all, I think that Summit Moving is an excellent up and coming company, their price was outstanding and the quality of the service was at a very high level.

I was hesitant to hire movers but I'm glad I did! Here is how it happened: I used the yelp app to request a quote from various companies, it was nice and simple. I received various quotes almost instantly! The reason I decided on Summit Moving was because of Nick (owner). He sent me a quote and asked questions. He then followed up with his phone number, he was able to put me at ease with all my concerns. On moving day - Nick and Darion rocked it! There was no standing around they're very efficient. Nick was upfront about pricing - guys, no hidden fees! I highly recommend Summit Movers.

Darion and Dalontae were our movers today. The best thing about these two they were very professional. They called giving us updates about arrival time, came to us with any concerns, and was a pleasure to talk to.

They were able to move our three bedroom townhome in three hours.

We also enjoyed that the owner contacted us to set up the appointment, and verified everything.

They were reasonably priced, and made our first leg of our cross country move. We highly recommend this company and these two young men.

Summit did a fantastic job! I had a poor experience with previous movers and Summit did all they could to make sure my move this time was smooth and pleasant. The two young men worked hard and efficiently together and were fun to be around for the afternoon. They were sweet and considerate of my two young cats. I was impressed with their comfort driving around and parking the big truck, which included backing up to the loading dock at my storage locker and navigating my narrow street. They lifted things safely, communicated well with me about their arrival time, and packed the truck skillfully. And on top of all that, their pricing was lower than most of the other quotes I received. 11/10 would hire again!

His guys are phenomenal! Sitting here with my wife and that was her first comment when we thought about what we just experienced in our move. Due to circumstances we will be moving again in a year and they are going to be the first call we make. We had both been in real estate for 25 years and have dealt with a lot of moving and the movers and this is the best we've ever seen.

We moved from a second-floor apartment to a house just across town and it was one of the painless moves I have ever had.
The guys showed up a little early, got right to it, and were personable guys. When we got to the house it was right back at it even though it was a bit hot.
All the furniture they took apart went right back together, happily put boxes and items in rooms we wanted and did so as neatly as possible.
100% recommend these guys. Nick is a good guy! He put up with my scattered brain and texting at 7 am on the move date to make sure I had not forgotten to say yes to the date!

Nick came out and gave us a quote on how much it would cost and what they would do on moving day. He was very nice and helpful. His crew of 3 young men showed up on time and we very careful with all our belongings. They worked very hard and got us all moved in our forever home. Summit moving did a great job with our move. They are good guys who worked quickly, professionally, and carefully. I don't give top reviews lightly, however in this case I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have used Summit Moving twice in the past couple of years and would definitely use them again. Their customer service is excellent, they are helpful and accommodating in scheduling, and super reliable. Both times I moved with them, all of my things arrived safely at my new place because they handled everything with care. I highly recommend this company if you're moving soon!

We used Summit to help us with a local move after injuring my knee playing basketball. I called Nick after reading positive reviews about his business online and I wasn't disappointed.
